Zeta-Jones, Catherine (propr. Catherine Jones). – Attrice britannica (n. Swansea, Galles, 1969). Dopo alcuni lavori in teatro e in televisione, ha partecipato a due film di grande successo, The mask of Zorro (1998), a fianco di A. Banderas, ed Entrapment  (1999), con S. Connery, che le hanno dato ampia notorietà. Ha recitato successivamente in High fidelity (2000) di S. Frears, Traffic  (2000) di S. Soderbergh e America's sweethearts (I perfetti innamorati, 2001). Per il musical Chicago (2002) di R. Marshall ha ricevuto nel 2003 l’Oscar come miglior attrice non protagonista. Tra i film più recenti: Intolerable cruelty (Prima ti sposo e poi ti rovino, 2003) di J. Coen; The terminal (2004), di S. Spielberg; Ocean's twelve (2004) di Soderbergh; The legend of Zorro (2005); No reservations (Sapori e dissapori, 2007); The Rebound (2009); Rock of ages (2012); Playing for keeps (2012; Quello che so sull'amore, 2013); Broken city (2013).
