Pound, Roscoe

Giurista (Lincoln, Nebraska, 1870 - Cambridge, Massachusetts, 1964), prof. nelle univ. del Nebraska (1899-1907), di Chicago e nella Harvard University. Si è occupato di tutti i rami del diritto, attratto dai problemi della funzione della giurisprudenza. La sua opera è largamente conosciuta in Europa.
